Kim Payne

My name is Kim Payne and I am a mother of two wonderful boys, Caleb and Casen. My husband Rickey and I have been a part of the North Georgia Community for our whole lives. I attended the University of North Georgia and received my Master's Degree in Education from Brenau University. I have been an educator in this community for almost 30 years. I value the amazing families I have met along the way and am excited about the opportunity to serve them in a different capacity. My desire is to provide professional yet down to earth service in the sale of your current home or the search for the perfect place to land in the future.
